I get a lot of requests for more cardio, and I know my followers are at many different levels of fitness, so here’s another leveled workout like the first one I did. The workouts get more intense as the level goes up, so find one you can do and move up as they get easier for you. Make sure you keep water nearby!

This is a motivational post for myself.

I have gained weight back, but I’m ready to lose it. I have 67.4 pounds to lose. I can do this. I can do it by October, I just need to work at it. 

I will eat the right foods, I will workout every day, I will treat myself once in a while, and I will get the body I want.

No more excuses.
